12. Saints & Scholars

Address:  7726 Center Blvd SE #110, Snoqualmie, WA 98065

At Seattle Travel, we keep a network of friends & family of our editors and writers that we reach out to before reviewing any city or neighborhood.

Generally, we’re asking for hidden gems or ideas we simply can’t miss for a particular city in the Pacific Northwest. So, when we reached out to Snoqualmie contacts, we were surprised to get back a message that read:

“I honestly think Saints and Scholars might be the best overall right now for food/drinks/ambiance.”

So, what will you find at Saints & Scholars? Breakfasts include staples like Irish Breakfast but also range to Biscuits & Gravy and sweeter fare like Macadami Nut Pancakes. At dinner time, there are Irish classic like Sherpherd’s Pie (a house favorite) and fish & chips, but also sandwiches, burgers, roasted salmon, steak, and seared chicken.

This is to say, the food here is accommodating to large parties and there is often live entertainment. Its easy to see why Saints & Scholars is such a local favorite.

We end our list with Infusion Bar & Grill. Because let’s face it, Snoqualmie is growing, but it’s not big enough for more than about 13 restaurants today.

What’s good at Infusion Bar & Grill? Well, there’s live entertainment (see the picture above of a recent weekend there!), and also surprisingly good food. There’s a surprisingly large list of salads, great appetizers ranging from fried goat cheese, to sliders, to tacos and wings.

Then there are also sandwiches, burgers, seafood entrees like salmon, steak, and pasta. Which is to say, there’s something for everyone! One piece of local advice, watch out for prime rib specials which normally happen on weekends. The restaurant puts in extra care and it’s a delicious special you don’t want to miss!
