Richland, Washington, is quickly becoming one of the most vibrant places in the Pacific Northwest. With a downtown scene full of unique restaurants, it’s no wonder why this small city has become such an exciting place to explore!

From authentic Mexican cuisine to comfort food favorites, Richland has no shortage of delicious eats. In this article, we will be highlighting twelve of our favorite restaurants in Richland that are sure to please everyone!

Richland is home to a number of great restaurants that offer something for everyone, whether you’re looking for a family-friendly restaurant for lunch or a dinner date night. So,  if you’re ever in Richland and looking for something delicious to eat, be sure to check out one of the spots on this list!

1. La Bella Vita Kitchen And Bar

Address: 1515 George Washington Way, Richland, WA 99354

La Bella Vita Kitchen and Bar is a delightful restaurant located in the heart of the Tri-Cities, earning praise for its affordable yet quality dining experience. With its doors open from 11 AM to 9 PM, it’s a perfect choice for a leisurely lunch or a delicious dinner.

Upon entering La Bella Vita, you will experience a modern ambiance. It has a floral ceiling feature and cool lighting, giving a stylish yet comfortable atmosphere. It’s a place where contemporary design meets casual dining. It also has a full-service bar and large-screen TVs.

La Bella Vita’s service does not fall short of impressive. The attentive staff makes sure your needs are met, ensuring a pleasant dining experience from the moment you walk into the restaurant up until the last bite.

When it comes to the food, La Bella Vita offers a variety of great choices. The eggplant mostaccioli stands out with its perfect presentation. However, I would recommend exploring other items on the menu, such as the meatball panini. The pizza crust at La Bella Vita is said to be one of the best around.

2. The Endive Eatery

Address: 4001 Kennedy Rd, Ste 16, West Richland, WA 99353

The Endive Eatery is a hidden gem that’s open for early breakfast at 7 AM to dinner at 9 PM. With affordable prices, it’s perfect for anyone from early birds looking for a tasty breakfast to those who want a cozy dinner spot.

As soon as you step in, you’ll feel right at home. It has a comfortable diner feel with fresh plants and local artwork. It’s a warm and inviting place, just right for a meal any time of the day.

The service here is also top-notch, led by a friendly owner who is an excellent chef. The staff really cares about giving you a great dining experience here.

One of the best things on the menu is the ‘Full Breakfast.’ It’s a big, tasty meal that’ll leave you completely full. The Caramel Macchiato is also a great pick. It’s strong and delicious, perfect for coffee lovers. But the menu doesn’t stop at breakfast – there’s a variety of dishes to try all day.

Honestly, The Endive Eatery is a great spot for quality, affordable food. With its friendly service, tasty meals, and relaxed atmosphere, it’s a place you’ll want to visit again and again.

3. Soi 705

Address: 705 The Pkway, Richland, WA 99352

Soi 705 offers a flavorful exploration into the world of Asian cuisine. Open from 11 AM to 10 PM, it’s the go-to spot for a spicy lunch or an intimate dinner date. With its reasonable pricing, it caters to anyone seeking a unique experience without breaking the bank.

Soi 705 creates a cozy and intimate atmosphere. With a cute, engaging ambiance, it’s a great spot to sit back, relax, and soak up the surroundings as you savor your meal.

However, when it comes to service, Soi 705 has a bit of a mixed bag. The place can get a little busy, and they may not check up or move fast enough with their service. Although the service could use a bit more consistency, the delicious food more than compensates.

Now, onto the food. The “Drunken Yakisoba” stands out for its fiery spice levels. If you love a dish that packs a punch, this one will be right up your alley! But be warned – when they say spicy, they mean it. For those seeking a bit less heat, the rest of the menu promises equally delicious choices.

4. Dovetail Joint Restaurant

Address: 1368 Jadwin Ave, Richland, WA 99354

Dovetail Joint Restaurant is a lively, affordable spot serving meals from 11 AM to 9 PM. The place is packed with energy, making it perfect for casual lunches or dinners with friends.

Walking into Dovetail Joint, you’ll notice the spacious layout, which is a plus for me personally. While it’s a vibrant place with a lively atmosphere, it might not be the best spot for a quiet, intimate date night. The number of people talking here can make it quite loud when it’s full.

When it comes to service, Dovetail Joint is usually swift in seating guests and serving meals. However, you may experience a wait when asking for the check, particularly during peak hours. This is something to bear in mind if you’re in a rush.

The menu offers a range of tasty dishes like pizzas, tacos, and salads. Highlights include the beet salad, chicken sandwich, and fish taco. But if you prefer stronger flavors, some dishes might need an extra sprinkle of seasoning.

5. Fable Craft Bar

Address: 1705 Columbia Park Trl, Richland, WA 99352

Fable Craft Bar, operating from 11:30 AM – 11:50 PM, is a trendy dining spot where casual meets classy. With an affordable menu, this place is a sure bet for a tasteful lunch or a stylish dinner, making it a hit for anyone looking for delicious drinks and food.

The restaurant radiates a modern-casual atmosphere. It’s a place where you can turn up in your jeans and a nice shirt and feel perfectly at home. You’ll find families dining early, with the vibe turning more adult-centric later in the evening.

Service at Fable Craft Bar is swift and sincere. The staff, from the hostess to the waitresses, are courteous and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for you.

As for the food, Fable Craft Bar stands out with its diverse and delicious menu. The pretzel bites with cheese and hot French fries are my favorites, and the steak is known for its rich flavors. For vegetarians, the Mediterranean salad with tofu is a delicious choice.

6. Pupuseria Salvadorena Restaurant

Address: 127 Gage Blvd, Richland, WA 99352

Pupuseria Salvadorena Restaurant serves up delicious Salvadoran cuisine from 11 AM to 8 PM. With its cozy setting and reasonable pricing, it’s an ideal place to experience a mouthwatering lunch or dinner.

The restaurant has a warm and inviting feel. It’s a modest and friendly spot where you can enjoy the rich flavors of Salvadoran cuisine. As a gem, it surprises many first-time guests with its authentic and flavorful food.

Service at Pupuseria Salvadorena is nothing short of fantastic. The staff and owners are extremely amiable and attentive and will help you navigate the menu with personal recommendations.

The highlight, of course, is the food. The traditional Salvadoran stuffed flatbread are an absolute must-try. Whether you opt for the fried pork, cheese, and bean pupusa or the cheese and jalapeno variety, you’re in for a treat. Served piping hot and fresh, they pair beautifully with the flavorful salsas.

7. The Dive

Address: 2000 Logston Blvd, Ste 122, Richland, WA 99354

The Dive is a great American bar that opens from 11 AM to 10 PM. It’s known for it’s large menu and charming ambiance.

The Dive, though a bit out of the way, holds its own with a casual and inviting atmosphere. This laid-back spot comes alive with entertaining music videos that add a fun touch to the dining experience. It may not be in the heart of town, but it’s definitely worth the detour.

The service here is decent, marked by attentive and informative staff. They ensure a swift and delightful dining experience, making you look forward to your next visit.

Coming to the food, the Dive presents a variety of tempting dishes. The Reuben sandwich and chicken wings drenched in a sweet and slightly spicy BBQ sauce are some of the standout choices. If you’re in the mood for something different, the pulled pork sandwich (especially with added pickles) will not disappoint you.

8. LU LU Craft Bar

Address: 606 Columbia Point Dr, Richland, WA 99352

Nestled on the riverfront of Richland, LU LU Craft Bar is a popular eatery serving food and drinks from 11 AM to 9 PM. Although it has a pricy menu, it’s worth it with its riverfront patio, puppy-friendly outdoor seating, and standout dishes like the flawlessly cooked Steelhead.

The ambiance of LU LU Craft Bar is a vibrant and popular place, often translating into a lively, though loud, dining experience. It’s a place where you can unwind, watching boats in the cove while enjoying a refreshing mist on the patio.

However, the service at LU LU Craft Bar can be inconsistent. Extended wait times and sporadic delivery of orders are sometimes an issue because it gets pretty busy from time to time.

As for the food, you might find the portion sizes a bit small, considering the price. However, their Steelhead is worth a try, cooked to perfection each time. While service and portion size could use an upgrade, LU LU Craft Bar still provides a charming dining experience that combines high-end dishes with casual comfort.

9. 3 Eyed Fish

Address: 1970 Keene Rd Richland, WA 99352

3 Eyed Fish is the place to go for a cocktail or sandwich. Open from 8 AM to 8 PM, it’s the perfect place to go for a meal with friends or a casual date night.

3 Eyed Fish has a modern, unique ambiance that is cozy. Being a spacious area that isn’t typically noisy, it’s the perfect place to have a casual date night. The restaurant is always clean and smells good.

The service here is consistently attentive and professional, which is a huge plus. They’ll check on you fairly consistently, which can be good or bad depending on preferences.

Their food is the standout here, though. Their beet salad, southwestern black bean wrap, and turkey panini are popular choices. They all taste great and if you haven’t tried one of them I’d recommend you give it a try.

10. Porter’s Real Barbecue

Address: 1092 George Washington Way, Richland, WA 99352

Porter’s Real Barbecue is a welcoming establishment operating from 11 AM to 10 PM. This affordable joint has carved its niche in the culinary landscape of the area, serving up an amazing BBQ experience.

Porter’s is just what you need when you’re not in the mood for a lengthy outing. It’s great for a quick bite. The restaurant prides itself on its high-quality BBQ, with the brisket and mustard sauce.

Whether you’re a local or on a road trip, the BBQ here is just like BBQ in Texas. It’s a testament to the restaurant’s commitment to preserving the authenticity and richness of traditional BBQ.

First-timers at Porter’s are often in for a treat. With a variety of offerings, from pulled pork sandwiches to savory sides like beans, Mac and cheese, and sweet banana pudding, there’s something for everyone.

11. Fresh Leaf

Address: 1080 George Washington Way, Richland, WA 99352

Open from 8 AM to 8 PM, Fresh Leaf is an affordable restaurant for healthy food. It earns its reputation by serving a menu full of diverse, fresh ingredients that will leave your taste buds dancing.

Nestled in the heart of Richland, Fresh Leaf’s extensive menu is sure to cater to all dietary preferences. From the vibrant beet salad to the hearty Cobb with chicken, the restaurant offers a great blend of different foods.

Occasionally, mishaps do happen – like forgetting to add chicken to the salad or including onions when requested otherwise. But Fresh Leaf’s dedicated staff are quick to correct these oversights.

Fresh Leaf’s charms aren’t limited to lunch or dinner. Breakfast is also on the menu, featuring fresh fruit smoothies and a variety of juices. Their açaí is delicious, making it tempting to return for a visit.

12. Rewster’s Craft Bar and Grill

Address: 2800 Clubhouse Ln, Richland, WA 99354

Rewster’s Craft Bar, and Grill is a reasonably priced and engaging locale offering dining options from 11 AM to 9 PM. This restaurant stands as a welcoming spot that regularly hosts shows, providing entertainment alongside its delicious food offerings.

The atmosphere at Rewster’s leans towards the casual and lively, especially on show nights where the energy is infectious. Amidst all the activity, the staff remains attentive and friendly, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

The food here is enjoyable. Their Breakfast Burrito, stuffed to the brim with sausage, bacon, chorizo, rice, home fries, and cheese, is a star on the menu, along with the Gouda-cheese-filled Breakfast Sandwich. Their home fries, in particular, are also some of the best around.

Rewster’s Craft Bar and Grill is not only a place for good food but also for memorable nights filled with fantastic music. Its location, combined with its great view, makes it an attractive choice for both locals and visitors looking for a relaxed and entertaining dining experience.
