Look, Seattle has several amazing neighborhoods and just about all of them have slapping happy hours, but if pressed to pick favorites, Fremont is on the shortlist. I love taking a stroll through this neighborhood and having great bars and restaurants in close proximity so I can try a few places out during the late afternoon. Plenty of options in Fremont, but here are some of the best happy hours to try.

Triangle Spirits

The spot: Founded in the 1920s, this was one of the first taverns in Seattle, later evolving into a full-service bar. They have a friendly staff, a warm and welcoming environment, and spectacular drinks. They offer some of the best cocktails in Fremont and have an impressive number of whiskeys.

Happy hour: 3-5 PM every day

The deals: There is a discounted happy hour menu with plenty of drinks and foods below their regular prices. There is $3 truffle popcorn, $3 mini mac and cheese, $5 fried chicken sliders, and more.

Kin Len Thai Night Bites

The spot: Kin Len is a Thai restaurant, with its name meaning “eat and play.” They have regional Thai-inspired cocktails that are extraordinary. This is a newer restaurant founded in 2019.

Happy hour: 3-6 PM and 9-10 PM every day

The deals: There is a discounted happy hour menu with plenty of drinks and foods below their regular prices.

Le Coin

The spot: This is another newer restaurant featuring delicious seafood, steaks, and drinks. They have famously good oysters, and the staff here is super friendly. This restaurant is a little pricey, but it’s worth it.

Happy hour: 4-6 PM every day

The deals: 50% off their famous oysters during happy hour and 25% off certain wines.

Stampede Cocktail Club

The spot: This is a vibrant cocktail bar in Fremont. It’s a chill environment with softer lighting, and the staff is very polite here. They’re known for their creative and exciting cocktail drinks.

Happy hour: 5-7 PM on Mondays through Thursdays and all day Sundays

Red Star Taco Bar

The spot: This bar is famous for its tacos and tequila. They also have an impressive list of cocktails and margaritas. It was established in 2014, and everything here is affordable. The drinks they make are said to be strong here, and the staff is kind and attentive.
